Appointment-driven campaigns for a hearing-aid provider — a ~1:7 return.
The goal of the campaigns was to get customers to book an appointment to assess which hearing aid they need. Based on the client's own analysis and past advertising experience, a closed appointment corresponds to an average of €92.50 each, due to the expensive product and profit margin.
Here we focus not on the strategy but on the return created for the client. The account drove 404 booked appointments, corresponding to €37,400 in revenue from €5,500 in investment — a return of almost 1 to 7.
Across the period the campaigns reached 4.11M impressions and 26.3K clicks.
I managed the entire process from strategy to execution — planning, account structure, campaign management, optimization, tracking, reporting, and scaling decisions. Everything was built and managed end-to-end, by me.
Campaigns were built and optimized around a single business outcome: booked appointments. With each closed appointment valued at ~€92.50, the focus stayed on conversion efficiency and qualified demand rather than vanity metrics.
